Add Advanced Flags

Browse Source 
This allows the user to change more variables without having to edit the script.
Changes allowed: 
Assuming DHCP/Static IP on LANINT
Assuming On/Off state for Windows Firewall
Assuming Enabled/Disabled on WIFIINT
