An Arduino Nano compatible computer for managing bike functions

## current functions
* The ability to automatically ramp up or down brightness of a head and tail light depending on ambiant brightness
* Using a switch to trigger a left or right blinker

## planned functions
* Integrate with a 4-character 14-segment display to show stats and info
* track miles per hour
* track distance traveled (current trip) in miles
* (maybe) log statistics to SD card
